About the Photo Walking Tour Experience
· Focus: cultural exploration or photography-oriented (photogenic) sightseeing
· Duration: Approx. 3–4 hours
· Type: Walking tour only (no car provided; taxis or metro rides are at guests’ own expense)
· Languages: English / Español / 中文
About the Travel Photo Experience
· Focus: portrait and travel photography experience using film; less sightseeing, more creative shooting time
· Includes 1 roll of film (65–70 photos, 30+ usable, 9 edited images chosen by you)
· Edited photos and TIFF files delivered via Google Drive within 15 days after the session
· No negatives provided
· Combo Package (5 hours) available for clients who want both experiences
Pricing & Payment
· Prices listed in USD (RMB accepted via WeChat using Apple calculator exchange rate on the day of payment)
· Deposit required to confirm booking (USD 15–30, depending on package)
· Balance due before the tour starts (PayPal, WeChat, or cash)
· PayPal transaction fees are covered by the client; currency conversion costs by the photographer
· Once deposit is received, your date/time is secured
Weather & Rescheduling
· Light rain or cloudy weather: tour continues as normal
· Severe weather (heavy rain, typhoon, thunderstorm): free reschedule or deposit refund
· For film photography, reschedule is allowed free of charge due to poor light or rain
· If bad weather occurs mid-tour, we may continue indoors or at cafés without extending the total duration
Punctuality & Overtime
· ≤15 mins late → no penalty
· 15–30 mins late → counted as used time
· >30 mins late → considered no-show, deposit non-refundable
· Extra time available upon request: USD 20/hour (min. 0.5h)
Cancellations & Refunds
· Full refund (minus transaction fee) if canceled ≥72 hours before tour
· 50% refund if canceled 24–72 hours before
· No refund if canceled within 24 hours
· Reschedule requests subject to availability
Safety & Responsibility
· Responsible for own health and travel insurance
· Photographer is not an official tour guide, but a local photographer offering private photo walks
· Participants responsible for personal belongings
Photo Rights
· Selected images may be shared on photographer’s social media or portfolio (non-commercial use)
· Credit will be given if posted publicly

Precios y Pago

Clima y Reprogramación
· Lluvia ligera o cielo nublado: el tour continúa normalmente
· Clima severo (lluvia intensa, tifón, tormenta eléctrica): reprogramación gratuita o reembolso del depósito
· Para fotografía en película, se permite reprogramación gratuita debido a lluvia o mala luz
· Si el mal tiempo ocurre durante el tour, se podrán usar interiores o cafeterías sin extender la duración total
Puntualidad y Tiempo Extra
· ≤15 min de retraso → sin penalización
· 15–30 min → cuenta como tiempo usado
· >30 min → considerado no presentación, depósito no reembolsable
· Tiempo extra disponible: USD 20/hora (mín. 0,5 h)
Cancelaciones y Reembolsos
· Reembolso completo (menos comisión) si se cancela ≥72h antes del tour
