
In July 2022, I was admitted to the Spanish (Business Management) major at Shanghai International Studies University. In September, I flew alone to Shanghai, where I began to discover myself in a new city, and a new field. In addition to my academic studies, I also engaged in media-related creative projects, through which I documented moments of my four-year campus life.


Blue sky and sunlight pour through the skylight—this touch of blue is not only a symbol of SISU, but also belongs to everyone who gazes upward.

The blue-domed Library and Information Center is a harbor for spirit and knowledge, while the greenery of Lover’s Hill serves as a footnote to youth.



At SISU, there are always moments especially favored by the sunight, where even silence feels alive. The footsteps of passersby shatter the dappled patches of light, and shadows stir between book pages and window frames.


By the lake, the small grove hosts cultural activities nearly every week. Light filtering through the branches paints golden edges on the fabric, as inspiration flows along with the wind.

Here, people from different cultures and wearing various outfits walk side by side. Their conversations take root in the grass, quietly blooming into understanding.
